What you will do

• Drive IT operations initiatives and special projects for the Austin office.
• Provide high-level end-user support for hardware, systems, and networking.
• Administer SaaS applications, including provisioning and access management.
• Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, and global asset inventory.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to implement and improve business processes.
• Support AV hardware and video conferencing tools like Zoom.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be able to commute to the Austin office 5 days a week.
• Prior experience in IT, helpdesk, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency with macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile device management.
• Experience with Google Workspace, SSO platforms, and networking concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
