What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization technologies.
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and implement automation processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, and prioritizing issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Perform regular backup operations, implement data protection measures, and maintain disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and resource use.

Requirements

• High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience)
• Clearance Required: Top Secret
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 6+ years direct/related experience
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher
• Working technical competency in one or more of the following supported platforms: Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers, MS Hyper-V/VMWare/ESx/Xen Hypervisors, Enterprise networking/firewalls/intrusion detection/prevention systems, forensic analysis/vulnerability assessment, Group Policy management and configuration.
