TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and generate reports for analytics and decision-making
  • Support compliance, policies, audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate compensation, benefits administration, payroll inputs, and employee queries
  • Assist recruiting operations like interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination
  • Implement People programs, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in HR, People Ops, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment practices, and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Justworks, Rippling, Workday, BambooHR)
  • Proactive mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS platforms

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting global or distributed teams
  • Exposure to compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Interest in People analytics, systems, and process improvement
