Salary: $220,000–$364,000 OTE (for US-based candidates)

What you will do

  • Establish scalable enterprise sales playbooks and improve AE enablement frameworks.
  • Drive account prioritization and segmentation to identify high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Coach and lead a high-performing sales team to improve execution consistency and performance.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles and lead strategic customer conversations up to C-level.
  • Support expansion and retention efforts through collaboration with Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Executive roles.
  • 1–2 years of people management experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise expansion and account planning.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
  • Executive presence with the ability to lead strategic discussions with stakeholders from IC to C-level.
