What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for diverse business and product roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools.
• Facilitate interview processes and lead hiring decision-making sessions.
• Manage the offer process and negotiate with top-tier talent.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive industry.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for Business or Product roles.
• Proven ability to partner directly with Hiring Managers.
• Experience evaluating candidates for behavioral fit and role competencies.
• Proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Foster City, CA.

• Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry.
• Expertise in leveraging Lever ATS for metrics and pipeline management.
