Salary: $137,800 – $170,000

What you will do

• Manage delivery of org-wide technical initiatives spanning multiple engineering and product domains.
• Establish program structures and lead kickoff discussions to define business and technical directions.
• Build collaborative partnerships with technical leads, product operations, and business owners.
• Develop and manage comprehensive technical timelines and milestones mapped to revenue goals.
• Lead risk management efforts and present program health to GVP-level leadership.
• Facilitate alignment in fast-paced environments and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering programs with complex interdependencies.
• 5+ years of experience managing programs across distributed systems (broadcast, media, cloud, or consumer apps).
• 5+ years of senior program management experience with executive-level communication skills.
• Proficiency in multiple Agile methodologies and systems design.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce cloud environments.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
