TL;DR

Partner Development Manager (HRtech): Identifying, recruiting, and activating new referral and marketplace partners to accelerate revenue growth and expand the ecosystem with an accent on end-to-end partner acquisition and deal negotiation. Focus on building a repeatable partner acquisition engine and structuring scalable commercial terms to drive measurable business impact.

Location: Remote, but must be based in one of the following US states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia

What you will do

  • Identify and recruit net-new referral and marketplace partners to drive revenue and ecosystem expansion.
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution, including commercial terms and revenue share models.
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline targets and report on ROI and business impact.
  • Conduct market research to identify product gaps and source partners to fill them.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure partner-sourced opportunities convert.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US states (AZ, FL, GA, ID, NE, NC, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).
  • Proven success in "hunter" roles with a focus on net-new partner acquisition.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience structuring complex commercial contracts.
  • Proficiency with CRM/PRM systems, specifically Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HCM, HR tech, payroll, or adjacent SaaS ecosystems.
