TL;DR
Senior Enterprise Sales Solution Architect (SaaS/Legaltech): Delivering high-impact product demos and proof-of-concepts for an adaptive work management platform with an accent on business process analysis and automation. Location: Hybrid (New York City). Must be based in the NYC area and able to work in-office at least 2 days per week.
Salary: $158,100 – $213,900 USD

What you will do
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that address specific enterprise client challenges.
- Analyze complex business processes to identify and implement automation opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Translate client needs into scalable, practical technical solutions using the Operate platform.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution strategies to close high-value enterprise deals.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, evaluations, and proposal presentations.
- Facilitate smooth transitions from sales to implementation via comprehensive documentation and context sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis within complex SaaS and enterprise software environments.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering POCs based on real-world enterprise use cases.
- Deep understanding of process automation, integration patterns, and business workflow design.
- Must be based in the New York City area with the ability to commute to the office at least 2 days per week.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for in-person meetings and relationship building across the U.S.
- Strong communication skills to distill complex technical concepts for executive decision-makers.
