Salary: $83,000 - $113,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Deliver technical enablement and consultative advice on product platform features and specific implementation use cases.
- Propose solution designs for complex business problems based on customer discovery.
- Create prototypes and code examples to facilitate customer onboarding and project success.
- Synthesize customer product feedback to influence Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Partner with Sales, CSMs, and Solution Engineers to ensure a successful customer experience.
- Develop best practices, workshops, and enablement materials based on continuous product developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Solutions, Technical Consulting, or customer-facing Developer role.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Developer-level skills in JavaScript, ideally with Node.js and a modern frontend framework.
- Hands-on experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and headless CMS architecture.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with legacy CMSs such as Drupal, AEM, or Sitecore.
- Experience creating and delivering in-person or virtual workshops and educational content.
