What you will do

• Partner with executive-level stakeholders to redesign hiring processes for better efficiency and fairness.
• Design and present ROI analyses articulating the financial and cultural impact of the platform.
• Lead high-level demonstrations focusing on holistic business outcomes and strategic value.
• Act as a trusted advisor by staying ahead of Human Capital Management (HCM) trends.
• Mentor and coach colleagues on effective consulting strategies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HCM consulting.
• Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models and enterprise ecosystem integration.
• Ability to translate technical specifications into business value for C-level executives.
• Strong analytical mindset for building data-driven narratives for organizational change.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, or WV).
