What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the delivery of the Clinical Skills curriculum (MEDD 411, 412, 421, 422).
• Manage complex individualized program schedules and resource allocation for over 1,500 sessions per year.
• Develop expansion strategies and site delivery models for learning communities across Lower Mainland hospital sites.
• Lead the recruitment and management of preceptors and tutors in collaboration with Site Directors.
• Oversee team performance, including hiring, training, and mentoring of M&P Team Leads and support staff.
• Coordinate with partner institutions and Health Authorities to ensure seamless program delivery and accreditation compliance.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of three years of related experience in program or educational administration.
• Must be based in Vancouver, BC, and able to travel independently to various hospital sites in the Lower Mainland.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, including hiring and performance development.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
