Salary: $6,747.50 - $9,701.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the delivery of the Clinical Skills curriculum (MEDD 411, 412, 421, 422).
- Manage complex individualized program schedules and resource allocation for over 1,500 sessions per year.
- Develop expansion strategies and site delivery models for learning communities across Lower Mainland hospital sites.
- Lead the recruitment and management of preceptors and tutors in collaboration with Site Directors.
- Oversee team performance, including hiring, training, and mentoring of M&P Team Leads and support staff.
- Coordinate with partner institutions and Health Authorities to ensure seamless program delivery and accreditation compliance.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of three years of related experience in program or educational administration.
- Must be based in Vancouver, BC, and able to travel independently to various hospital sites in the Lower Mainland.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, including hiring and performance development.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

- Experience within a university or large, complex professional education-delivery environment.
- Background in policy development or interpretation for post-secondary students.
- Experience with Learner Management Systems (LMS) or CRM systems.
