What you will do

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of software and controls development projects.
• Regularly update and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with colleagues across engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to support efficient production processes and align efforts with company objectives and technological advancements.
• Lead and mentor project teams daily, providing direction and support to guarantee successful, on-time delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years industry experience.
• At least five years of experience managing projects or programs in a technical or engineering environment.
• Experience managing project schedules, team supervision, and collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, off-road, or transportation industries.
• Knowledge of Agile and V-model development processes.
• Experience overseeing software or controls development by external suppliers.
• Project management certification, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, including functional safety and cybersecurity.
