What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple SaaS implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal cross-functional teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Track and report on operational metrics and project performance.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of project management or implementation experience, preferably in SaaS or public sector environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or Cloud Coach.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta, GA office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with government grants or public sector projects.
• Interest in pursuing professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).
• Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance workflows.
