What you will do

• Analyse end-to-end B2C marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities and diagnose friction points.
• Apply prioritisation frameworks like RICE and North Star metrics to guide strategic decisions and maximise impact.
• Partner with Product Managers and Data teams to shape growth strategies across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Influence experimentation roadmaps ensuring hypotheses reflect user behaviour and marketplace dynamics.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives to drive alignment with senior stakeholders using tools like Looker.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate diagnostics and improve the speed and quality of strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Significant experience in growth strategy or product analytics within a B2C digital marketplace or consumer tech environment.
• Typically 8–12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, including liquidity and network effects.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Looker.
• Ability to independently leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and efficiency.
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.
