What you will do

• Define the strategic vision and action plan for scaling a specific category on the platform.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across account management, sales, and marketing.
• Source and execute high-priority partnerships to drive category growth.
• Analyze key success metrics to prioritize focus areas and identify growth unlocks.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement new solutions.
• Act as the voice of the category by building relationships with top sellers and buyers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-output, client-facing roles like strategy consulting, VC, or PE.
• Fluent in German and English with a deep understanding of the German market.
• Proven experience as a world-class leader managing and developing teams.
• Deeply analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate data for business insights.
• Ability to operate as a player/coach in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must live within commuting distance of Berlin or London hubs.
