TL;DR

Senior Product Manager, Growth (AI): Designing and optimizing the end-to-end user growth funnel to convert visitors into retained paying customers with an accent on acquisition, activation, and monetization. Focus on running high-impact A/B experiments, managing the growth tooling stack, and improving unit economics.

Location: Hybrid in London (requires 3 days/week in office for the first 6 months, then 1 day/week).

What you will do

  • Own the product-side growth roadmap, including acquisition hooks, activation flows, and monetization surfaces.
  • Execute a prioritized experimentation roadmap to optimize landing pages, onboarding, and paywall logic.
  • Develop acquisition-layer features such as referral loops, sharing mechanics, and virality.
  • Recommend pricing and packaging strategies to improve free-to-paid conversion and unit economics.
  • Manage and audit the growth tooling stack, including vendor relationships and commercial spend.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in a growth-focused role at a PLG SaaS or AI company.
  • Strong command of funnel metrics including activation rates, D7/D30 retention, and LTV:CAC.
  • Hands-on experience designing and shipping A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Amplitude or Metabase.
  • Ability to manage a growth tooling stack and handle vendor relationships.
  • AI-native mindset with a bias for action and an iterative approach to development.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketing SaaS, creator tools, or AI products.
  • Familiarity with both PLG and sales-assisted growth motions.
