Salary: $382,000 - $530,000 OTE per year (depending on state)

What you will do
- Set the vision, strategy, and operating direction for the Key & Enterprise Retail Sales organization.
- Own business performance across pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue outcomes.
- Build C-level relationships with major retail merchants and lead complex commercial negotiations.
- Scale the go-to-market approach through territory design, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Apply AI, automation, and modern sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Generative AI) to improve decision-making and productivity.
- Lead and coach a multi-layered sales organization of sales leaders and Account Executives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership.
- Proven success leading leaders in complex, high-growth environments.
- Deep experience selling to large retail merchants, ideally in payments or fintech.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level external stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Practical fluency with modern sales tools and generative AI.
