Salary: $315,000–$375,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own the go-to-market strategy and commercial execution for the auto insurance vertical.
• Identify and build executive-level relationships with personal lines carriers, independent agencies, and auto insurtechs.
• Drive complex enterprise deals from initial conversation through signed agreement and go-live.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to shape the offering for the insurance market.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers to articulate hirify.global's value proposition.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of the auto insurance market.
• Proven track record of closing complex, first-of-kind enterprise deals.
• Strong financial and legal acumen with executive presence and influence.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Fluency with AI-assisted sales tools.
