What you will do

• Manage and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations with high accuracy.
• Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies or variances.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Payroll teams.
• Optimize workflows and reporting within NetSuite and related systems.
• Support audit requests, external reporting, and general ledger activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong reconciliation and general ledger experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• SaaS industry experience.
• CPA certification.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Airbase.
