Senior Staff Accountant (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and documentation.
• Prepare internal financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for leadership.
• Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Manage documentation for annual financial reviews and external audits.
• Collaborate with FP&A and other departments for cross-functional reporting and decision-making.
• Mentor junior accountants and lead process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Must be based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Experience in the SaaS industry or public accounting is preferred.
