What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Oversee lease accounting activities under ASC 842, managing ROU assets and lease liability reporting.
• Support acquisition accounting and post-acquisition integration activities.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting workflows.
• Utilize data analytics and AI-enabled solutions to improve financial insights and reporting accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Workplace teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA or Dublin, CA.
