What you will do

• Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Provide strategic guidance and clinical recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Drive business development and retention for self-funded pharmacy programs.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and optimize pharmacy benefits.
• Collaborate on sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications.
• Strong ability to interpret and analyze data for actionable strategies.
• Proven track record in supporting RFP/RFI processes and client engagement.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PA clinical licensure or certifications (RN, RD, Pharmacist).
• Experience in Utilization Review, Account Support, or Managed Care.
