What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for store management roles from open role to onboarding.
• Develop innovative localized attraction strategies to drive top talent to supported markets.
• Partner with Regional and District Managers to align on talent strategies and desired profiles.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience and present hiring recommendations to leadership.
• Support store teams with training on recruiting initiatives, tools, and processes.
• Travel up to 35% of the time to attend local recruiting events and engage with universities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven success in driving talent acquisition strategies for specific markets.
• Strong networking, evaluation, and selection skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work with quality and speed.
