Talent Consultant (HR Recruiting): Delivering strong potential candidate pipelines for all recruitment service lines through direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization, and proactive development of talent pools with an accent on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus. Focus on identifying potential business opportunities from sourcing conversations with candidates and providing insights to the onsite solutions team.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organizations and monitor industry changes.
• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to source candidates meeting client profiles and build talent pools.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions to candidates.
• Manage candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Follow documented hirify.global systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in verbal and written English business skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a recruiter function either in-house, client on-site, or in a recruitment organization.
• Expertise in Boolean sourcing techniques and Google Xray.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, updating records, and ensuring system integrity.
