What you will do

• Lead Revit production and prepare construction documents for fire protection systems across various market sectors.
• Produce complex floor plans, riser diagrams, schedules, and equipment layouts for new and renovation projects.
• Coordinate Revit models with mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines to resolve clash detection issues.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and select equipment for building fire protection systems.
• Write and edit technical design documentation, including specifications and engineering reports.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal standards and quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen for Security Clearance requirements.
• Minimum of 5+ years of fire protection design experience.
• Working knowledge of ASHRAE, ASME, NFPA, and NEC; preference for IBC, IMC, IECC, and IPC.
• Proficiency in AutoSPRINK or similar hydraulic calculation software.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
