What you will do

• Lead BIM execution by developing, maintaining, and coordinating Revit models to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Translate engineering markups and design intent into clear, coordinated, and buildable documentation.
• Perform clash detection and proactively resolve modeling conflicts to maintain project momentum.
• Manage model health, structure, and updates across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support and improve BIM workflows, tools, and standards through documentation and feedback.
• Mentor and support designers by reinforcing Revit best practices and documentation quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit and BIM production workflows.
• Proven experience in coordinated modeling, construction documentation, and BIM execution.
• Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong understanding of cross-discipline coordination and building systems integration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Asana, GitHub, and M365.
• Experience supporting or coordinating technical systems such as telecom, AV, security, or acoustics.
