Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop, update, and maintain accurate Revit models and coordinated documentation.
• Implement markups and perform basic calculations to support engineering project delivery.
• Identify clashes and resolve modeling issues while applying consistent BIM standards.
• Manage model health, including worksets, links, view templates, and file structure.
• Participate in QA and early review processes to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Suggest enhancements to internal templates, workflows, and modeling practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AEC or related industry with Revit modeling and drafting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or Architecture.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and clash detection in Navisworks or ACC.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Interest or experience in technology systems (telecom, AV, security, networks, acoustics, Wi-Fi).
