What you will do

• Maintain office services, systems, and the company intranet page.
• Prepare documentation for annual audits and coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Design and implement 5S office policies by establishing standards and measuring results.
• Organize workshops and steer the execution of internal and external events.
• Generate special reports for top management to summarize information and identify trends.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees and manage expenditures with suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 months of experience in executive administration or assistant roles within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology, event coordination, and KPI reporting.
• Fluent English and a valid American VISA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel based on project needs.
