What you will do

  • Manage reception, visitor registration, and welcoming employees and guests to the office.
  • Ensure exceptional workplace experience, including office presentation, snack provisioning, and lunch program coordination.
  • Triage and route workplace technology and AV needs in coordination with IT.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workplace Services via an online ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with Global Security to resolve access card issues and support building manager needs.
  • Plan and support internal events, team functions, and general meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, facilities, or workplace services.
  • Must be based in Mexico City (4 days per week in-office presence required).
  • Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
