What you will do

• Maintain office services, systems, and the Intranet web page.
• Prepare documentation for annual audits involving all stakeholders.
• Design and implement 5S office policies and measure results against standards.
• Organize and execute internal and external workshops and events.
• Generate special reports for top management to identify trends.
• Support onboarding for new employees and manage supplier expenditures.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of professional experience in executive administration or assistant roles within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Experience in event coordination and handling KPIs/reporting.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for interacting with OEM plant managers.
