What you will do

• Optimize executive calendars to align with business priorities and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Oversee daily operations, including workspace preparedness and meal coordination, to maximize leadership focus.
• Coordinate board meetings, managing end-to-face setup and tracking follow-up action items.
• Develop and maintain transparent task management systems to improve leadership efficiency.
• Plan and organize complex travel itineraries with a focus on efficiency and comfort.
• Lead the logistics for team offsites, holiday parties, and other culture-building events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth, complex environments.
• Must be based in San Francisco and work in-office 4+ days per week.
• English: Strong writing ability and clear, concise communication are required.
• Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise extreme ownership, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to build trust and adapt communication styles for various high-level stakeholders.
• Experience acting as an accountability partner to executives to keep teams aligned.
