TL;DR

Analytics Lead, Full Stack (Fintech): Architecting and optimizing the economic engine of a two-sided marketplace to balance supply, demand, and pricing with an accent on monetization and sustainable growth. Focus on loan-level profitability analysis, supply-side elasticity, and leveraging AI tools to automate analytical workflows.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $160,000 – $230,000

What you will do

  • Own marketplace monetization and economics, balancing merchant supply and consumer demand to drive profitability.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and adjust strategies based on LTV, engagement, and overall health.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to grow marketplace partners and increase merchant value.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the effectiveness and relevance of Marketplace inventory.
  • Conduct loan-level profitability analyses and evaluate affiliate portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, specifically with marketplaces or two-sided platforms.
  • Strong intuition for supply-demand dynamics and pricing tradeoffs.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, DBT, and Sigma.
  • Experience managing ETLs and working with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias toward action.
