What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for multiple business units
• Scope requests, gather requirements, and translate business questions into data solutions
• Manage centralized intake, prioritize requests, and deliver accurate, intuitive dashboards
• Perform data validation, QA, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
• Partner with Data Engineering to resolve data issues and define requirements
• Contribute to metric standardization, dashboard best practices, and user support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 3+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related role
• Strong hands-on Tableau experience (dashboards, calculations, filters, data modeling)
• Experience with multiple stakeholders across business areas
• Proficient in SQL
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data stacks (dbt, Fivetran)
