Business Intelligence Analyst (Fintech)

Business Intelligence Analyst (Fintech): Building and owning the full lifecycle of KPIs and data products for the Member Financial Services department with an accent on data modeling, performance reporting, and strategic insights. Focus on designing visualizations, conducting deep-dive statistical analyses, and enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership and frontline teams.

What you will do

• Build and own the full lifecycle of KPIs, including data sourcing, modeling, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to provide visibility into performance, member behavior, and service efficiency.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on member interactions and financial performance to identify trends and risks.
• Provide strategic recommendations to influence business planning and operational improvements.
• Partner with frontline leadership to establish KPIs and scorecards for sales productivity and relationship growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify data sources and serve as a subject matter expert on MFS data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related data analytics experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and financial services analytics required.
• Financial Services industry experience required.
• Demonstrated experience with large, complex datasets, including data cleansing, modeling, and validation.
• Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with branches in a bank or credit union setting.
• Prior experience with Power BI.
