What you will do
- Originate new business by leveraging your network and market presence for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery, solution shaping, negotiation, close, to expansion.
- Sell outcome-based consulting, engineering, and delivery services focused on measurable business results.
- Position productivity-as-a-service solutions emphasizing efficiency, speed-to-market, and operational impact.
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to structure, price, and execute project-based engagements.
- Grow accounts by identifying follow-on opportunities and building long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise or mid-market sales within consulting, professional services, or technology services.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing net-new business (new-logo focus).
- Experience selling project-based, fixed-scope, or outcome-driven engagements (not just time & materials).
- Deep understanding of selling productivity, efficiency, and execution outcomes.
- Existing relationships with C-suite, VPs, and heads of product, technology, or operations.
- Experience carrying quotas and closing complex multi-six- to seven-figure deals.
- Self-directed entrepreneurial mindset with performance-based compensation motivation.
