What you will do

  • Manage strategic Federal resellers and GSIs to integrate HTB into long-term government contracts.
  • Develop joint GTM motions with technology partners to provide holistic Cyber Readiness solutions for government agencies.
  • Identify public sector opportunities and navigate government procurement vehicles to ensure HTB is the preferred provider.
  • Support partner sales cycles by providing technical and strategic expertise during RFI/RFP stages.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key Federal partners to track performance and realign strategic goals.
  • Facilitate the enablement and training of partner sales and technical teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management specifically within the Federal, Defense, or National Security sectors in NAMER.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including threat actors and workforce readiness.
  • Demonstrated experience working with government procurement vehicles and large-scale tender processes.
  • Proven ability to execute actionable plans to grow revenue within complex, multi-year sales cycles.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills for stakeholders ranging from procurement officers to C-level executives.
  • Willingness to travel throughout focus regions for business reviews and partner alignment meetings.
