What you will do
- Lead sales growth and account penetration within the US Air Force, National Guard, and Army.
- Develop strategic account plans to meet and exceed annual revenue objectives.
- Manage the full federal sales cycle, including procurement, contracting processes, and forecasting.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities through direct outreach and system integrators.
- Deliver professional proposals and conduct face-to-face meetings with key military decision-makers.
- Represent company products and solutions at industry tradeshows and demand-generation events.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of on-quota outside sales experience in the defense market.
- Established key contacts within the Department of War, including Army, National Guard, and Air Force.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Deep understanding of government procurement, FARS, DFARS, and federal regulations.
- BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
