What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, posting, screening, and interviewing candidates across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and establish evaluation criteria.
  • Handle offer management, detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits for successful candidates.
  • Optimize and document recruitment workflows and HR procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Organize online and offline team events to foster engagement and a strong company culture.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in HR or recruitment roles.
  • Proven background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
  • Experience in performance coaching.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
