• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple calendars with precision and speed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics to ensure a positive interview journey.
• Support overall hiring operations through administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to maintain an efficient and welcoming recruitment process.

Requirements

• Exceptional English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrable experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing parallel priorities.
• Based in Sunnyvale, CA, and able to work from the office 2–3 days per week.
