TL;DR

Talent Acquisition & People Ops Specialist (HR): Lead full-cycle recruiting across departments and manage onboarding/HR operations with an accent on scaling processes and creating exceptional candidate/employee experiences. Focus on sourcing candidates, streamlining workflows, interview coordination, and supporting employee experience initiatives.

Location: Remote (US). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, create job postings, source candidates via LinkedIn/networking, coordinate interviews
  • Improve recruiting workflows, interview processes, and employer branding
  • Own onboarding: prepare documents, system access, new hire communications
  • Support HR operations: employee records, benefits administration, compliance documentation
  • Partner on employee experience initiatives and process improvements

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or people operations experience
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with ownership and accountability
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, or onboarding systems preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, automotive, or growing organizations
