• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling logistics across international time zones.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Utilize Ashby to automate workflows and maintain accurate candidate tracking.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to optimize hiring processes.
• Drive recruiting enablement by maintaining documentation and supporting team training.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must be within commuting distance of the Dublin, Ireland hub.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• High level of organization with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools, specifically Ashby.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, dependable approach to work.
