What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise BDRs responsible for generating qualified pipeline and strategic opportunities.
  • Drive a high-performance outbound culture centered around precision prospecting and multi-threading.
  • Coach and mentor BDRs through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and account strategy sessions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to align outbound strategy and GTM execution.
  • Monitor and manage core KPIs, including activity effectiveness, conversion rates, and quota attainment.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard top BDR talent to build a strong internal leadership bench.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading high-performing SDR/BDR teams within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise sales cycles and complex buying committees.
  • Proven ability to coach reps across cold calling, strategic prospecting, and objection handling.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of KPI management and measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence at all business levels.
