TL;DR

What you will do

  • Optimize core GTM systems, primarily Salesforce, LeanData, and Outreach, along with ZoomInfo and DealHub (CPQ).
  • Improve lead-to-account matching and routing logic in LeanData to increase lead distribution efficiency.
  • Design and maintain scalable automations and workflows to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration sync failures, routing errors, and data inconsistencies.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and change management practices.
  • Provide hands-on support and enablement to GTM teams to drive tool adoption and operational confidence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM systems.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce data models, Flows, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Proven experience with LeanData (routing and orchestration), Outreach (sync and sequencing), and DealHub (CPQ).
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex automation and data flow issues across integrated platforms.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gong for pipeline insights and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exposure to API-based integrations or middleware tools like Zapier or Mulesoft.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools such as Pramata.
  • Background supporting GTM teams within a SaaS or enterprise environment.
