What you will do

• Maintain corporate financial model inputs and oversee monthly financial close processes and reporting.
• Partner with Product (R&D) organizations to improve the accuracy of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Conduct pricing analysis and support the prioritization of the product roadmap.
• Develop robust financial models, reports, and dashboards to influence strategic business decisions.
• Provide critical support to the operational management team, executive leadership, and board of directors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, or related financial fields.
• Specific experience supporting R&D executive leadership within a SaaS company.
• Advanced expertise in Excel for creating complex financial analyses and models.
• Deep understanding of accounting, finance, and operations principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Must be located in or able to work from Boston, MA or Houston, TX.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and Salesforce reporting.
• Proficiency with FP&A tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan.
• Experience facilitating due diligence or corporate development processes, including M&A or capital raises.
