What you will do

• Establish advanced reporting and analytical frameworks using AI-enabled and BI tools.
• Lead performance management and analytics across revenue, cost, margin, and operational drivers.
• Translate complex operational and financial data into executive insights for forward-looking decision support.
• Oversee the risks and opportunities framework, including quantification and tracking.
• Develop cost productivity and efficiency metrics through scenario modeling.
• Analyze pipeline health, conversion, and forecast accuracy to connect metrics to revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• MBA degree or CPA certification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance.
• 4+ years of experience building financial and operational reports to inform business decisions.
• 4+ years of experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• Expert-level skills in Excel and competence in developing financial models for forecasting.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with Tableau, Oracle, or Hyperion.
