What you will do

• Serve as the lead finance business partner for revenue initiatives, including ARR, pricing, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop operational metrics and revenue KPIs.
• Develop sound revenue models and business cases in partnership with business leaders.
• Assist with monthly rolling revenue forecasts, including variance and trend analysis.
• Communicate and present analytical results with clear recommendations for courses of action.
• Represent the finance department in data transformation and standardization efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience (or Master's degree and 3+ years).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial planning software like Anaplan, Power BI, or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach.
• Proven ability to build effective professional relationships across departments.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Minneapolis, MN or Toronto, ON.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
