What you will do
- Lead the annual operating plan process end-to-end and maintain driver-based rolling forecasts.
- Own the ARR reporting framework, ensuring full reconciliation between GAAP revenue, billings, and ARR.
- Manage quarterly compliance certificates and reporting packages for PE sponsors and senior lenders.
- Act as a senior finance business partner to the CFO and executive leadership to drive strategic decisions.
- Lead initiatives to migrate from manual spreadsheets to scalable, system-driven reporting and BI tools.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, designing the team structure to match organizational growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A and finance leadership experience, with significant tenure in PE-backed companies.
- Demonstrated experience building or rebuilding financial close processes and FP&A reporting infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in ARR bridge reconciliation and US GAAP revenue recognition (ASC 606).
- Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience with a mix of subscription and non-recurring revenue streams.
- Hands-on experience with Python or SQL for data extraction and automation.
- Track record of leading finance through organizational change or post-acquisition integration.
