What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance partner for Technology, Product, and Executive leadership teams.
• Lead the creation of monthly reforecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
• Manage consolidated reporting packages and present financial performance to senior leadership.
• Own headcount and compensation reporting while collaborating with the People team.
• Develop and maintain financial presentations, including YTD performance and vendor analysis.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of global reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.A.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in building dynamic financial models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proven ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships and communicate complex financial data.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in the market research industry.
• Experience with IBM Reporting, Dynamics 365, Tableau, or PowerBI.
