What you will do

• Develop and execute the global community strategy to drive growth, advocacy, and cultural relevance.
• Build systems to transform customers into participants and advocates via referral and ambassador programs.
• Design and launch scalable offline community programs (e.g., run clubs, wellness groups) in priority markets.
• Partner with Social, PR, and Events teams to embed community into brand storytelling and experiential activations.
• Establish and track performance metrics for growth, engagement, and advocacy.
• Create scalable playbooks for expanding community programs into international markets.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading community for a consumer brand.
• Proven track record of building both digital and real-world communities.
• Experience developing ambassador, creator, or membership programs.
• Ability to build scalable community frameworks across multiple markets.
• Must be based in the United States.
