Salary: $170,000 – $190,000

What you will do
- Own and lead the lifecycle function with direct responsibility for LTV, repeat purchase behavior, and cohort quality.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for customer engagement, retention, reactivation, and onboarding.
- Build lifecycle architecture including customer segmentation, automation systems, and multi-channel orchestration across email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Design testing frameworks for pricing, promotions, and incentive optimization to balance growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with finance and data teams to develop forecasting models and incrementality analysis.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing lifecycle team while fostering strategic thinking across the organization.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or customer growth within high-growth DTC or ecommerce businesses.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in customer lifetime value and profitability.
- Strong understanding of customer economics, including cohort analysis and contribution margin.
- Experience building scalable automation frameworks and personalized customer journeys.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Omni or Northbeam.
- Must be based in the United States.
