What you will do

  • Own and lead the lifecycle function with direct responsibility for LTV, repeat purchase behavior, and cohort quality.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for customer engagement, retention, reactivation, and onboarding.
  • Build lifecycle architecture including customer segmentation, automation systems, and multi-channel orchestration across email, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Design testing frameworks for pricing, promotions, and incentive optimization to balance growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with finance and data teams to develop forecasting models and incrementality analysis.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing lifecycle team while fostering strategic thinking across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or customer growth within high-growth DTC or ecommerce businesses.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in customer lifetime value and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of customer economics, including cohort analysis and contribution margin.
  • Experience building scalable automation frameworks and personalized customer journeys.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Omni or Northbeam.
  • Must be based in the United States.
